The official app
ioBroker has an official app for Android and iOS. It displays your own visualizations on your phone and connects your phone to your home installation.
What the app can do
- Display and operate your own interface in full screen: vis-2, vis, Lovelace and some older visualizations.
- Report device values back to ioBroker, such as the battery charge level.

Access from home and on the go
Within your own network, the app connects directly to the ioBroker server. This is free and requires no registration.
When working remotely, the connection runs via the cloud, eliminating the need to open a port or configure a fixed address. This requires the cloud adapter and an access license . Instructions for setting up remote access can be found under "Visualizations via the Cloud" .
